About
Caroline Bowling
Writing Songs Since the playground...
Caroline Bowling, after growing up on the East Coast in a small town in Virginia, moved to Nashville, TN following graduation to attend Middle Tennessee State University as a songwriting student where she is now in her fourth year. Her primary genre is indie folk with some pop and singer/songwriter influences. Currently working on recording new music, Bowling is excited to begin honing in on her style of music and who she is, not only as an emerging adult, but also as an emerging artist in this new age of the music industry.
Beginning songwriting at the young age of seven, literally writing songs on the playground, Bowling has developed a strong knack for the art of writing and get this, she never stops! In High School she dabbled with music production in her basement and released her completely self-made album, "Modern Romance" in 2022. Once moving to Nashville and finally finding others that wrote songs and had music of their own to share, collaboration opened her eyes and she has slowly but surely began figuring out what makes her unique and how to actually make the music she has always wanted to make!
In the summer of 2025, Bowling booked and planned an entire Southeast tour with two other friends, playing 10 shows in 7 different states. She has released 7 singles (more on the way), an album, and four music videos independently and has a gift for constructing entire worlds around each song she gives life to.
Passionate for music and sharing her stories, Caroline Bowling is the epitome of a creative and she is brilliant at it. At the moment Bowling is focused on recording more music and building a platform to support her artistry. She is always looking to play more live shows and connect with audiences of all kinds! “She may not be “the one you find conventional,” but one of Bowling’s greatest songwriting strengths is her relatability.” - Siri Reynolds
